ASM Honours Outstanding Leaders with Prestigious Fellowship
The Australian Society for Microbiology (ASM) is proud to announce the election of its newest cohort of microbiologists who have been awarded Fellowship of the Australian Society for Microbiology (FASM), the highest qualification the society confers to its members.
The ASM Fellowship recognises microbiologists who, through rigorous peer assessment, are determined to be leading specialists who have made a significant and sustained contribution to the microbiology profession. This honour is granted by the ASM Council upon the recommendation of the National Examinations and Qualifications Board (NEQB).
The newly elected Fellows represent the depth and breadth of microbiological excellence across Australia. The addition of these individuals to the FASM register strengthens the collective expertise and leadership within the national microbiology community.
